Last night I dreamed, communed and merged with ancient stones and trees all night long.

As I write, I still feel enveloped and held by their loving presence, and even more connected and
grounded with mother earth and the natural world. My dream was precipitated by the ceremonial
work I was invited to do yesterday for some dear friends who are moving away from the beautiful
home they built and have lived in for many decades.

As my friend and I intuitively honored, acknowledged, thanked and blessed the spaces of her home,
land and barn, we both felt a palpable presence of spirit and love all around us. We could feel the spirit
of the house thanking us for the blessing work, as though smiling. The barn seemed to relax and exhale
as I drummed, danced and sang, while she sounded the tingsha in all the corners.

We were held in the loving, wise presence of the spirits of the old oak trees that tower over the house
and circle the land. And the power of the moss covered stones all around us! So many circles of energy
were closed during the ceremony. What an honor. And to then be given the dreaming gift of the
ancient stones and trees through the night!

Every day I feel privileged and blessed to be doing the shamanic work I do. The message I received from
the old trees and stones during my dream, was the reminder that they, and all of nature, are right here
for us to connect with all the time! In the dream I was guided to start meditating with a tree or stone
every single day, as a regular practice.
The power of this practice will be healing, powerful and profound.

Connecting and communing with the spirits of the natural world for clarity guidance
and healing, is our birthright!

Having been on a shamanic path for over thirty years now, I know well the magic, healing and
wisdom that’s accessible to anyone, that’s just behind the veils between the worlds of
spirit and form. In my work I’m deeply passionate about demystifying shamanism and teaching
people how to go on shamanic journeys and learn sacred ceremonies and earth based practices that
they themselves can use in their every day lives, for inspiration, healing and guidance. Journeying
and connecting is much easier than many may imagine, who haven’t learned how.
